Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a process of gaining deeper self-insight through a safe and supportive relationship with a psychotherapist. In this process, the individual explores their thoughts, internal conflicts, emotional patterns, and behavioral tendencies that make daily life difficult. The therapeutic process fosters a greater understanding of oneself and others, paving the way for more fulfilling interpersonal relationships.I work from an integrative psychotherapy perspective, which is based on a holistic understanding of the person and their individuality. This approach considers the individual's emotional, cognitive, physical, social, and spiritual dimensions, while emphasizing the therapeutic relationship as a safe space that empowers you and facilitates the changes needed for inner balance and personal growth.Situations where psychotherapy can help include:
• relationship difficulties (romantic, family, friendships, or workplace),
• low self-esteem, feelings of rejection and shame,
• difficulty managing stress,
• loss and grief,
• low mood, lack of motivation, depression,
• anxiety, fear, panic attacks,
• perinatal distress, parenting challenges,
• burnout,
• psychosomatic issues,
• a desire for a deeper understanding of oneself and others. The Psychotherapy Process
Every change begins with the decision to listen to yourself. You are invited to an introductory session where we can work together to find a path toward stable balance and inner strength.Sessions take place in person or online, typically on a weekly basis. The duration of the therapeutic relationship is tailored to the client's needs and goals; short-term therapy usually lasts a few months, while in-depth therapy may span several years.
About
I have long been fascinated by the inner workings of the individual—the reasons behind a person's behavior, emotions, and actions, and how these manifest in their relationships. From a young age, I have yearned for deeper connections with others and strived for authentic, sincere relationships. Through my own inner journey, I have learned over the decades how we can take small, daily steps toward a more fulfilling and liberated life.I love spending my free time with my family; I am married and the mother of two wonderful, energetic boys. I consider myself a great nature lover, preferring to experience the outdoors through physical activity. I go for walks in the woods several times a week and also enjoy cycling, swimming, and hiking. I meditate regularly and recharge by reading and traveling. I am also an avid fan of our exceptional cyclists! ;)
